R&B singer Ciara has denied claims of reuniting with her one-time ex-boyfriend/rapper Bow Wow and said false remarks were made about the couple from her own Twitter page.

According to Ciara, her popular page was hacked last night (February 4).

“i have just been made aware that my account has been hacked!! it is very disrespectufl for whoever it is to do this! Hey everyone, i am sooo sorry for any confusion if any. it was very immature for someone to hack my account! i am hoping that everything..will be fine now..” (Ciara’s Twitter)

A posting was made on her page which also included a Twitter icon showing her and Bow Wow posed together.

“EVERYONE I HAVE AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO MAKE….BOW WOW & I HAVE GOTTEN BACK TOGETHER! YES IT IS OFFICIAL & WE’RE GOIGN TO DO A VID SOON.” (Ciara’s Twitter)

The fake reunion also caught the attention of bloggers like radio personality Miss Info.

“omg, Mel/UHTN gave me the giggle of the night when she pointed this out….Whoever hacked into CiCi’s twitter is going to have some ’splaining to do if someone gets ahold of them ; ) But seriously…in the general scheme of things, this is a light hack. That joke is harmless, nobody would believe it, and its, frankly, outdated. At least the hacker didn’t post something really offensive and foul. *lets all go change our passwords while we’re on the topic*” (Miss Info)
